President Maduro salutes the worker and unionist people of Mexico and sends a message of solidarity

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, sent a message of solidarity and support to all union leaders and the working class of Mexico, on the occasion of his arrival in that country to be present during the investiture of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador:

“I want to send a greeting to all the union leaders, the leaders of the social movements, the intellectuals, and the social activists who have organized this important event”, said the Venezuelan president.

He highlighted the moment of his arrival in Mexico where he was welcomed by the Mexican people and received the most gratifying proof of love of a people: “the people knows who are the Bolivarians and Chavistas”, said Maduro.

The Venezuelan Head of State denounced in the forum the systematic attacks by the right wing against his person and against the Bolivarian Revolution. “The treacherous right wing of the entire Latin America may say whatever they want. It is an honor for me that the right wing attacks me, and it is a true sincere honor to count on your solidarity”, emphasized the Venezuelan President.
