Néstor Luis Reverol, Minister of People’s Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, reported that this Friday begins the deployment of the “Safe Christmas 2018” device.
The security operation starts at 5:00 p.m., in an event that will be held in the spaces of Paseo Los Próceres (The Heroes Stroll), in the city of Caracas, as said Reverol during the inauguration of the 5th edition of “Criminalistics Expo-2018” , which takes place in the Poliedro de Caracas.
He also announced that a total of 150,000 officials will be placed under the command of the Operational Strategic Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), starting next Wednesday, for its incorporation into the security device of the municipal elections on October, December 9.
