The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Venezuelan Government and the People, emphatically rejects the terrorist attack occurred on October 17, 2018, which took place in the Crimean Vocational Training Center.
The Bolivarian Government of Venezuela wishes for the end of acts of violence that endanger the lives of innocents, and to determine the responsibilities of the intellectual and material actors of this terrorist attack.
The National Government, along with its people, expresses its sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims, to President Vladimir Putin and to all the People of the Russian Federation, with the desire for a speedy recovery of the wounded, hoping that is restored the state of normality and tranquility. In the same way, we hope that the peace that characterizes our peoples will prevail.
