Rangel: The international front against Venezuela is cracking

The recent position assumed by the Lima Group, in rejection of a possible military intervention in the country, promoted by the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, represents for many political analysts the cracking of the international front against Venezuela.

This was stated on Sunday by journalist José Vicente Rangel, during his “José Vicente Hoy” (José Vicente Today) program, on which he asserted that the reaction of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Saint Lucia is the beginning of the rupture of this front from abroad.

The proposal by the secretary of the OAS, who in a recent visit to Cúcuta (Colombia), did not rule out the military way to resolve the alleged crisis in the country, has raised a wave of rejection, even among those who oppose Nicolás Maduro.
