Maduro commemorated 200th anniversary of the Battle of Los Frailes

On Monday, when we celebrate the 200th anniversary of the recognition granted by the Liberator Simon Bolivar to naval hero Luis Brión, for its independence feat in the battle of Los Frailes, the President of the Republic Nicolas Maduro called to exalt the immortal and invincible spirit of the liberators of the country against the difficulties.
“Celebrating 200 years raising the immortal and invincible spirit of the liberators against the adversities of today. Long live Bolivar! “Stressed the National President through his account on the Twitter social network.
The Head of State said that this historic date, on which Brion was promoted to the rank of Admiral by the Father of the Homeland, also constitutes an example of victory for the people.
“200 years of the return of Bolivar in the Battle of Los Frailes. Starting the victorious cycle 1816-26 of the Big Homeland”, he reviewed in another of his messages.
He recalled that “Bolivar, overcoming defeats, betrayals and great difficulties, began the route that would lead him to found the third independent and united Republic”.
“From the victory of Los Frailes was born the road to Angostura, Boyaca, Carabobo, Bomboná, Pichincha, Junin and Ayacucho. Our Bolivarian glory”, added President Maduro.
