More Venezuelans will return from Argentina, Ecuador and Peru

This Wednesday will arrive in the country a group of Venezuelans repatriated from Ecuador, and on Saturday will return to their homeland a group of nationals from Peru, within the framework of the Plan Vuelta a la Patria (Return to the Homeland Plan).

The information was announced by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, who offered a balance of the Council of Ministers number 368:

“Are coming from Peru Venezuelan sisters and brothers who got fed up with exploitation, slave labor, xenophobia, hate crimes”, he said.

He added that the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, ordered to establish an air bridge with the Inca country so that in addition to Saturday, new flights will be made next week “In order to bring all those who want to come and insert them in this program of economic recovery” .

He said that on Tuesday there were queues of the children of the Fatherland of Bolívar in the Venezuelan embassy in Lima, which circled the blocks several times, in order to be repatriated.

Rodriguez also announced that next Monday a plane will depart for Argentina to bring back several Venezuelans.

The “Vuelta a la Patria” (Return to the Homeland) Plan aims to support Venezuelans who emigrated but, after encountering a different reality in other countries, want to return to Venezuela, with the premise of studying, working and contributing to the socio-economic prosperity of the country.
