The Ambassador of Venezuela to the OAS, Samuel Moncada, rejected the media campaign against Venezuela by this organization, directed on Monday by the representative of the US to the organization, which described Bolívar’s Homeland as a failed state, propitiating a military intervention in the country:
“The United States wants a war against Venezuela, it wants a war between Latin Americans. The US finances war, they equip it, and then they want to appear as the saviors, it is the same policy of Trump (…) it is the biggest declaration of a country (USA) against Venezuela and it must be denounced by all instances. It is immoral, reprehensible, cruel what that gentleman said”, he condemned.
The diplomat denounced that the main causes of a conflict would be a war between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the National Liberation Army (ELN), besides irregular situations between drug traffickers and the Brazilian army.
Moncada repudiated the insults from the empire describing the Caribbean countries as corrupt: “What has happened today is the US war plan for Venezuela, it is the plan of hate, with them charging the benefits and paying with our lives. They are using us as cannon fodder”, he underlined.
Migration campaign against Venezuela:
Ambassador Moncada denounced that the United States uses the fake news about Venezuelan migration to other nations, with the aim of promoting a humanitarian crisis in the country, triggering a military conflict that allows them to remain as saviors before the international public opinion:
“They hide their blockade against Venezuela. They are the agents of the crisis (…) this is a war machinery made with media propaganda”, he sentenced.
