Venezuela and Turkey promote bilateral social development agenda

The President of the Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, expressed the intention of the Bolivarian Government to strengthen the relations of cooperation between Venezuela and Turkey politically, diplomatically, economically, scientifically and culturally, in order to promote a bilateral agenda of social development .

During the signing of trade and economic agreements between both nations, which was made through a video conference with the president of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Venezuelan Head of State augured a great future for the relations of both nations.

“The construction of strong, powerful relations between Turkey and Venezuela, as a model relationship for the world, brings fundamental elements to the construction of a new multipolar world of balance and peace. Our relationships have developed with speed and depth. We must tighten all the political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological ties at the highest level. Let’s have a model cooperation project in the world”, he said.

These agreements will directly affect the 15 productive engines of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda, in sectors such as oil, mining, gas, petrochemical, agriculture, technology, industry, among others.
