Hinterlaces concludes 52% of Venezuelans would vote in favor of Nicolás Maduro

In a survey conducted by Hinterlaces- Country Monitor on March 21, 2018, where the question was based on the upcoming elections to be held in Venezuela on May 20, in which was surveyed a universe of natural persons, over 18 years of age throughout the entire country, it turned out that it favors the current President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros with 52% over the closest contender, the opposition´s candidate, Henry Falcón, with 22%, and Javier Bertucci with a 14%.

Among other questions made to the stratified sample that was consulted via direct and telephone interview, the Hinterlaces- Country Monitor pollster asked: Between Nicolás Maduro and Henry Falcón, who would you vote for? resulting that 57% responded in favor of Nicolás Maduro, another 33% would vote for Henry Falcón.

The interviewees reacted to the question: And between Nicolás Maduro and Javier Bertucci, who would you vote for? 56% of Venezuelans said they would be in favor of the candidate of the Broad Front of the Homeland, Nicolás Maduro, 30% for candidate Bertucci, and for the option “none” responded a 14%.
