The whole country attends the debates for the construction of the 2019-2025 Homeland Plan, from all available scenarios: sports fields, popular sectors, food houses, educational centers, factories and other territorial spaces.
“It is the clear and plain voice of the people who participate from their natural spaces with specific proposals”, said the Vice President for the Planning Area, Ricardo Menéndez.
In an interview for Venezolana de Televisión held this Saturday, the senior official detailed the methodology used to collect the proposals in five important points:
-To convoke communities according to their affinity.
-To register those who participate through the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) system.
-To gather the essence of the approaches of each community by a rapporteur.
-To load the information obtained in the system through the Planpatria.gob.ve web portal.
-To cross the results of each consultation to identify the major national, sectoral and territorial issues raised by Venezuelans.
In his speech, the vice president for the Planning Area stressed the importance of the systematization of the assemblies by the rapporteur of each assembly through the Planpatria.gob.ve web portal, in addition to the data of those who participate in the event with the veQR application and the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) system.
“What the people are thinking in the assemblies will be what will define the construction of the Homeland Plan, therefore its systematization and loading into the web portal is very important”, explained Menéndez.
The quality of the proposals will depend on the participation of the communities combined with the systematization of the proposals of each sector: education, culture, sports, health, industry, transport, youth, tourism, oil, agriculture, among others, he concluded. the high official.
