The Chairwoman of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Delcy Rodríguez, asserted that the new Chargé d’Affaires of the United States arrived with evil, after declaring regarding the Venezuelan democracy, meddling in the internal affairs of the country.
Through her account on the social network twitter @DrodriguezVen, she recalled that although he comes from a country that does not directly elect their President: “he wants to give his opinion about our vigorous democracy and the sovereign power of the people.”
In a series of messages published on the social network, Rodriguez reminded the US embassy that a diplomatic code exists in accordance with the law and demanded not to interfere in Venezuela’s internal affairs.
She affirmed that no imperial power – which she claimed to be widely defeated today by the world before the UN – will be able to break the sovereign and democratic will of the Venezuelan people.
