President Maduro in solidarity with the Ecuadorian people after strong earthquake


President Nicolas Maduro expressed his solidarity with the Ecuadorian people and its President, Rafael Correa, after the earthquake of 7.8 degrees registered on Saturday night.
In his account on the Twitter social network – @ NicolasMaduro- he said that the Bolivarian Government is ready to activate all the humanitarian aid that may be deemed necessary in order to help the victims of this natural event.
The quake, considered the worst on record since 1979, hit the provinces of Santa Elena, Manabi, Guayas, Santo Domingo, Esmeraldas and Los Rios, although the quake was (also) felt in northern Peru and Colombia.
