With the Democratic Charter they seek to put their hands on Venezuelan oil

Blanca Eekhout, Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) for Social Movements, said that “we must be vigilant and more united than ever, we must remember that we have the world’s largest oil reserves, and that is the main goal of all this economic war and the blockade by the United States as well as the proposal to apply the Democratic Charter, since without a doubt they want to get their hands on those resources”, she pointed out .
For that reason she reminded the Venezuelans that should participate on Thursday in the gatherings that will be held in all Bolivar squares in the country, to express the rejection of the proposal Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) who intends to apply the Democratic Charter to the country.
As it will be recalled, on Thursday the Permanent Council of the OAS meets to consider the application of Almagro, activating the Democratic Charter against Venezuela, in that sense Eekhout stressed there is a plan of re-colonization by the neoliberal right wing, but on her view, against this interventionist action and the claims of the Secretary General of the OAS, the people is willing to be united and to fight not to allow it.
Thus she informed during her participation in the “En La Palestra” (On The Board) program of RNV’s Informative Channel.
