Constituent Assembly will discuss this Friday Constitutional Law against hate and violence

The National Constituent Assembly (ANC) will approve this Friday the constitutional law against hate and political violence, presented last Thursday by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

The information was ratified by the President of this body, Delcy Rodriguez, during the ordinary session held this Thursday by the ANC.

“We want to inform the country that here will be adopted tomorrow the Constitutional Law against intolerance, hatred, and any form that disturbs the peaceful coexistence of all citizens”, said the Constituent.

Last Thursday, the Head of State said that this law aims to seek the reunion, harmony and peace of the Republic, affected during recent months by the violent acts perpetrated by sectors of the Venezuelan opposition as actions of its seditious plan which left more than 100 dead and more than a thousand injured, as well as damage to public and private property.

In this draft law is punished with imprisonment and sentencing from 15 to 25 years to all those people who call for violent actions and that creates chaos and distress in the population.
