Chancellor denounces international campaign to hide terrorist attack on TSJ

The Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Samuel Moncada, on Thursday denounced an international campaign to hide terrorist attacks against the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), by the right-wing opposition.

“This is to condemn, it is not to criticize the Government or the victims. It is proof of how reality is being manipulated in Venezuela”, said Moncada, stating that they have tried to show that nothing happened in the country, “I want you, as representatives of the peoples, to feel that if this happened on  your lands we would have been the first ones to condemn it”, he said.

“I need you to witness reality and report to your countries what is happening. May you be a channel that helps the truth”, detailed Moncada during a meeting held at the headquarters of the Highest Court of the Republic, in Caracas downtown, in which participated representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in the country.

The Chancellor of the Republic said that the events registered on June 27 against the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) are a barbarism. “This represents a war crime against civilians.” Finally, he affirmed that: “Venezuela is not at war and no psychopath can put us at war.”
