Venezuela and Jamaica sign pre-agreement to modernize refinery in Jamaica


The People’s Power Minister for Foreign Affairs, Delcy Rodriguez, reported that Venezuela and Jamaica signed a pre-agreement to modernize a refinery in Jamaica.

Thus it was released this Wednesday through her Twitter account @DrodriguezVen. “Pres.@NicolasMaduro and Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness sign pre-agreement to modernize Refinery in Jamaica in partnership with Vzla”.

In addition, the chancellor highlighted the 5th Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), held in the Dominican Republic.
