The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, signed this Sunday the first Economic Emergency Decree of 2017, to continue protecting the rights of the people.
Thus he did during the presentation of his annual message to the nation, where he also informed that this legal instrument will be published this Monday in Official Gazette
He also stressed that this instrument, which was first published on January 15, 2016, represented an extraordinary vehicle to maneuver in the midst of the crisis and to face the sabotage of the National Assembly (AN) managed by the right wing.
As it may be recalled, with this legal tool, the Bolivarian Government has protected the rights of health, housing, education and food of all Venezuelans.
