Firm decisions, economic growth and effective management in times of crisis have marked the first two hundred days of management of the President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, as revealed by official numbers that show a strategic turn with a direct impact on the Venezuelan citizens, with a scope that covers the social, economic, security and diplomatic areas.
Through a testimonial video, the Balance of the first 200 days of management of the head of State was offered this Monday, where is evidenced the economic growth and the immediate response to the seismic emergency of June 24.
Social:
In the social sphere, the Amnesty Law has benefited 8,084 people, which has allowed the political conflict to deescalate.
Added to this is that pensioners received a 40% adjustment in their income, which went from 50 to 70 dollars, while the minimum income had an increase of 50%, so it rose from 160 to 240 dollars per month, which represents a strengthening of the purchasing power of the most vulnerable sectors.
Likewise, in the health sector, were enabled new dialysis rooms throughout the country to strengthen medical care and improve services and health care for the people.
In matters of security, the authorities reported the neutralization of «Niño Guerrero» and the dismantling of organized crime. In this sense, the homicide rate was reduced from 3 to 1.3 per 100,000 inhabitants.
Economy:
The economic aspect has also shown significant changes: Oil production experienced an increase of 28%, going from 942,000 barrels per day in January 2026 to 1,203,000 in June of the same year, which consolidates the recovery of the country’s main productive sector.
In the second quarter of 2026, the economy accelerated and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by around 6%, while national production reached 99% of the country’s food supply.
Diplomacy:
At the diplomatic level, were obtained new oil licenses for international companies such as Repsol, Eni, BP and Chevron, and Venezuela went from not trading crude oil with India to becoming its fourth supplier, after direct negotiations in New Delhi.
At the same time, commercial flights between the United States and Venezuela resumed after seven years of isolation and the country began its reintegration into the global payments system.
Immediate response to the seismic doublet:
Faced with the double earthquake on June 24, which left more than 23,000 affected, the response was immediate.
In just twelve days, 107 camps were set up with comprehensive care for the victims and 346 million dollars were recovered for reconstruction.
Twenty days later, last July 20, were delivered the first 200 housings in Caracas, thanks to the continuous work of State agencies.
The intense deployment of more than 30,000 officials from the different prevention and security bodies, along with a large number of volunteers, allowed to maximize the response capacity, which was recognized by the United Nations (UN), which highlighted the management of Civil Protection, characterized by its transparency and efficiency.
As the President of the Republic maintains: «Despite the difficulties, our people is going to rise and Venezuela will be reborn with much more strength and in National Union.»
