The Bolivarian Government of the Republic of Venezuela, through Acting President Delcy Rodríguez, deployed an operation of integral social protection operation in the “Heroínas de la Patria” (Heroines of the Homeland) Commune, located in the Carlos Raúl Villanueva housing complex in Ciudad Tiuna, Caracas. This action aims to assist the residents of the area, who were directly affected by the incidents that occurred last January 3rd.
The operation included:
– Mobile stores for the distribution of food and essential products.
– Health services, such as dental consultations, clinical laboratory and the provision of orthopedic devices (canes) and eyeglasses.
– Free veterinary care for pets, provided by the Mission Nevado.
– Recreational activities for children, such as face painting, games, and traditional activities.
In addition, the Acting President supervised the “Carlos Raúl Villanueva” Type II Health Office to verify its operational status and ensure its full functionality for the benefit of the community.
This initiative is part of the national government’s initiatives to provide support and direct assistance to vulnerable communities affected by emergency situations.
