The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reiterated that the National Government maintains «a minimum goal of 4,000 new homes between now and the end of the year. We have already delivered 709, but there will be many more because we have secret plans around that are already underway and that will result in more housings,» she explained.
During the handover ceremony for new homes held this Monday at Fort Tiuna, the national leader affirmed that is still being projected a significant growth in housing response capacity for victims of the seismic doublet for the coming months.
Within the framework of these actions, the Head of State emphasized the priority attention being given to communities in vulnerability situations. Rodríguez guaranteed that all citizens currently in temporary camps would be relocated, along with their families, into new, dignified homes.
«All the persons who are in a solidarity camp will move with their family into a new home, at the margin of the 1,800 homes rehabilitated under the *Venezuela Renace* [Venezuela Reborn] Plan which involve families returning to their own homes,» she detailed to the beneficiaries.
