President Delcy Rodríguez led signing of understanding memorandum with TotalEnergies E&P New Ventures

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Saturday the signing of an understanding memorandum between Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA) and the multinational company TotalEnergies E&P New Ventures, a subsidiary of the TotalEnergies energy group, with headquarters in France.

From Miraflores Palace in Caracas was sealed this commitment to energy cooperation with the signatures of Héctor Obregón, President of PDVSA, and Francisco Javier Rielo, Senior Vice President for the Americas at TotalEnergies.

President Delcy Rodríguez has previously reiterated that in Venezuela there are reliable legal conditions to attract new investment under the Organic Hydrocarbons Law, which was approved earlier this year.
