The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reported that the party’s members are mobilized throughout the entire national territory as part of the organizational process leading up to the National Popular Consultation of October 18, 2026.
During a PSUV press conference, Cabello highlighted the broad participation in meetings held at various levels:
“It is impressive the number of meetings held, because from here we go to state meetings, municipal meetings, community meetings, and to the deployment. The whole Venezuela mobilized in meetings and in permanent assembly,” he stated.
Finally, Cabello emphasized the role of the People’s Power and the deployed Communes, emembering the mandate of Commander Hugo Chávez: “Commune or nothing!”, a slogan that he asserted the Venezuelan people has embraced as a powerful force within the popular movement.
