Making of the 2027 budget advances with community proposals and territorial planning

The process of making the 2027 National Budget advances through the articulation of Concrete Action Agendas (ACA), anchored in the public policies of the Venezuelan State and aimed at incorporating community proposals into territorial planning in a direct manner.

During the mass training program on popular planning, the Sectoral Vice President for Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, explained that this methodology strengthens the sovereign exercise of the Republic in the formulation of public policies and in the administration of resources allocated to the country’s development.

For his part, the Minister for the Attention of Water, Carlos Mast, emphasized that the community ACA allow for the identification and prioritization of the challenges of each territory in a unique way, ensuring planning tailored to local realities.

Likewise, Minister for Health Carlos Alvarado recalled that the creation of Mission Barrio Adentro marked a turning point in Venezuelan state health policy, by consolidating the concrete implementation of health programs in the territories.

On a similar way, Science and Technology Minister Yván Gil indicated that this consolidation phase seeks to actively incorporate community networks into the management of scientific and technological knowledge, as part of the national planning process.

In this way, the formulation of public policies for 2027 is advancing by linking strategic sectors such as health, water, fishing, and scientific knowledge with the People’s Power, to build a budget aligned with the priorities of the Venezuelan people.
