President Delcy Rodríguez led handover of new housing to families affected by earthquakes

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Monday the handover of 48 new apartments in the Simón Bolívar sector, located in the Ciudad Tiuna Housing Complex, in Caracas.

The activity benefits 177 people from 48 families affected by the recent earthquakes, who were gradually housed in temporary shelters.

The homes, built using industrialized construction methods with earthquake-resistant technology, are part of the housing development being carried out by the Bolivarian Government under the Venezuela Renace (Venezuela Reborn) Plan.

This allocation represents the third phase of deliveries in the urban development in Fort Tiuna, bringing the total to 287 housing solutions provided in the area to 897 residents.

With this new day, the Bolivarian Government’s management reaches the figure of 335 homes assigned as part of the national goal set at 4,000 new homes projected for December 2026.
