President Delcy Rodríguez delivers financial resources to 27 condominium associations

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, announced the distribution of financial resources to 27 condominium associations and more than 400 homeowners, with the aim of supporting the recovery of their homes damaged by the earthquakes of last June 24.

In this regard, through the Venezuela Renace (Venezuela Reborn) Plan, authorities formalized the allocation of 102 properties to families returning to their homes. The Head of State expressed the gratitude of the beneficiaries and reiterated that all the assistance plans designed after the earthquakes of June 24 are in full operation.

Furthermore, regarding citizens who suffered the total loss of their homes, the Head of State detailed the operation of the temporary shelters, which offer integral support in health, logistics, recreation, and education matters, as well as entrepreneurship areas to encourage local economic activity.

Concerning the overall reach of the project, she specified that the plan currently addresses the intervention of 13,000 homes, an action that will benefit more than 66,000 people once the work is completed. Likewise, in financial matters, the President explained how the housing loans will work, through which the State will assume 80% of the total cost of the property, while the beneficiary will finance the remaining 20% ​​over a 25-year period.
