The Law on the Special Regime for Leasing Real Estate for Housing was enacted by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez. She announced this during the activation of the Direct Subsidized Credit Plan at a meeting with condominium boards held this Friday.
In this regard, she thanked the members of the National Assembly for their efforts in ensuring the approval of this law by unanimity:
«We want, from the political actors, to respond to our people, to our citizens, to the needs of our population, and this law will sum and allow more homes that are available for rent to enter this market,» affirmed the Head of State.
She also mentioned the activation of credit lines to subsidize part of the purchase of homes: «These are initiatives that, as a set, allow us to address the needs of those affected by this double earthquake.»
