The death toll figures from the earthquakes that happened last Wednesday has risen to 589, a reported on Friday the President in Charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez:
«Unfortunately, we have already 589 dead people and 2,980 injured, but we have also rescued tens of people alive, and that brings us joy, for they to be able to embrace their families and loved ones,» she detailed.
She also indicated that since last June 24 have occurred 214 aftershocks, following the earthquakes of a 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude.
