As part of the evaluation process of the mechanisms implemented by the National Government to guarantee service to the People’s Power, was held a work meeting where it was highlighted that the 1×10 System of Good Governance has, to date, handled more than seven million cases.
The Sectoral Vice President for Public Works and Services and head of the 1×10 System of Good Governance, Juan José Ramírez, affirmed that the system is a tool that strengthens direct communication between the Venezuelan people and the entities that provide public services.
Ramírez reaffirmed the commitment of the National Government to guarantee, through the 1×10 System of Good Governance, immediate attention to citizens, swift solutions, and follow-up on the actions executed.
Likewise, the authorities of the main public service institutions of the country presented a management report and discussed new infrastructure projects, with the aim of responding promptly to the demands of citizens throughout the entire national territory.
