President Nicolás Maduro highlighted the sustained growth of the Venezuelan economy: “We have 16 consecutive quarters of economic growth,” he stated. He also pointed out that all productive engines are growing in a balanced manner: “We no longer depend solely on oil”, assured the Venezuelan president.
Nicolás Maduro also indicated that this intense trade movement “will give the IMF a heart attack,” since he emphasized that “Venezuela has broken ties with that institution and is advancing with a strength of its own.”
In this regard, after announcing this economic growth, he explained that the entrepreneurship sector, which soared in 2024, grew by 59%.
For her part, Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez asserted that this goal was achieved thanks to the efforts of the Venezuelan people, and that our country has even become a leader in the part of the region that is not subject to barbaric unilateral coercive measures such as our nation.
