The first Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv), Diosdado Cabello, said that from the Bolivarian Revolution “We do not accept any deadline,” in response to statements made by leaders of the Venezuelan right wing in order to establish a deadline to meet the conditions that they set, or they will depart from the dialogue table.
During an interview in the “José Vicente Hoy” (José Vicente Today)  program, the revolutionary leader explained that the MUD once again deceived its followers by telling them that a general election would be held in the country.
“Respect for the Constitution must be the premise for dialogue” between the Government and the opposition sectors, said the parliamentarian.
Cabello emphasized the repeated call to dialogue that the president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, has had with the opposition sectors, even despite the attempts for a Coup d’ Etat they have orchestrated against the Bolivarian Government.
He recalled that Commander Hugo Chavez since his arrival in 1999, always showed a willingness to dialogue with all sectors of the country, including those who opposed him.
He said that the dialogue tables formed with the spokesmen of the right wing should promote meeting points and “a healthy political coexistence” among all sectors of the country.
During the interview, Cabello assured that the MUD again deceives its militancy by ensuring that there would be held general elections.
PSUV more united than ever:
During the interview, Cabello stressed that there is a resurgence of the revolutionary forces in the country.
“The PSUV is now more united than ever … Now what we feel is a feeling of flourishing from the chavismo on the part of the town before a right that insists on the short cuts to leave the president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro,” he said.
