The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the system known as 1X10 of Good Government will be transformed into the new VenApp Line.

During his “Con Maduro +” program he highlighted the importance of this change, stating that “we have taken so many steps to get here” and that now “a permanent line of connection” is sought between the halls of popular government and citizens.

The President emphasized that “we discovered the source of true wealth, which is the wealth of the spirit, of the soul,” emphasizing that this wealth does not belong to a single person, but to the “spirit of a country.”

He also explained that the VenApp Line “will be the voice of the people” and will allow combining “citizen denounces with the collective project,” thus promoting a joint effort in the search for effective solutions.

The President affirmed that this year it will be demonstrated that “the power of obedience is superior to bureaucracy,” and he assured that the results will be evident in effectiveness and efficiency.

The best are concrete solutions, determined not by a manager, by a technocrat, by a bureaucrat, (but) determined by whom? By you, the communities,” he added.

The Bolivarian leader also called for the activation of the communities, indicating that “on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we are in the full phase of activating all the communities in the country.”

In this sense, he expressed his desire to receive a report on Wednesday night on the activation of the 5,338 communal and popular government chambers throughout the national territory.
