It was known that electoral authorities cordially received these representatives of the entity at the CNE headquarters in the city of Caracas.
It is worth noting that several organizations have joined this plan, including the European Union (EU), the Carter Center, the Council of Electoral Experts of Latin America and the Parliamentary and Electoral Observatory for Regional Integration (Opeir), among others.
These meetings are also part of the signing of the understanding memorandum between the CNE and these international organizations, to comply with the electoral regulations and the laws of the country regarding the voting on July 28.
