Bolivarian Government calls on the people to prevent Covid

Given the continuous increase in cases and deaths from Covid-19 in the world, the Bolivarian Government called on the people to prevent infections.

The Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, urged all Venezuelans to take care of themselves, at a time when the director of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom, warned of the worsening of the pandemic.

485 days after the first case of Coronavirus in the country, 1,080 new infections were registered, all of community transmission.

Nueva Esparta detected 219 cases of the virus, Zulia state 215 cases and Yaracuy state 169 cases. Unfortunately, 13 compatriots lost their lives due to Covid-19 and the death toll rose to 3,315.

In Venezuela, the total number of infections is 286,990, the recovered patients 269,971 and the current active cases 13,704.
