Venezuelan flag was raised in the territory of Guayana Esequiba

After the show that the president of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, did in the Sierra de Pacaraima, in Guayana Esequiba, a territory that belongs to Venezuela by history and by right, “the indigenous peoples of the region showed him that the only flag that can be flown in the Essequibo territory, is the tricolor of Francisco de Miranda, the tricolor flag the Liberator Simón Bolívar carried throughout South America,” this was announced by the national coordinator of the Venezuela Toda (The Whole Venezuela) Campaign Command, Jorge Rodríguez.

He assured that the provocations made by the Government of Guyana, slaves of ExxonMobil, “were responded to in a timely manner by the Venezuelan people. The only thing we can say is the Gloria al Bravo Pueblo (Glory to the Brave People, Venezuela’s national anthem) triumphed,” said Rodríguez when showing a video where the flag of Guyana was respectfully lowered and the flag of Venezuela raised.

In the audiovisual, the native peoples stated that the territory of Guayana Esequiba belongs to Venezuela, forever. In this sense, Rodríguez highlighted that “the national tricolor flag covered the entire national territory due to the participation of the people in the consultative referendum.”

He thanked each woman and each man, who were in the electoral centers, regardless of the political color to which they belong, in the same way, he thanked the rectors of the National Electoral Council, for the outstanding performance of the voting system and the thousands of officials of the CNE, then still active in each of the electoral centers:

Once the CNE issues the results, all Venezuelans will be happy to celebrate a result that today makes the Venezuelan homeland much stronger.” Likewise, the national coordinator of the Venezuela Toda Campaign Command, congratulated the Plan República (Military Electoral Security plan) for the security of the 28,000 voting stations and all the people of Venezuela and the social movements, opposition political parties and the Great Patriotic Pole and the sectors that were incorporated in this consultative referendum.
