Jorge Rodríguez: We will not allow even a millimeter of our territory to be stolen from us

At the Mukumbarí Cable Car, in Mérida state, the national coordinator of the “Venezuela Toda” (The Whole Venezuela) Campaign Command, and also president of the National Assembly (AN), deputy Jorge Rodríguez, assured that Venezuela will not allow even a millimeter of the territory of Guyana Esequiba to be stolen, in the face of Guyana’s provocations and warmongering threats.

During a tour of the Andean state, Rodríguez stated: “Exxon Mobil has taken over the Government of Guyana and is trying, with warmongering attitudes and provocations, to damage the effort we make to defend our territory, which was acknowledged by the British government in its moment”.

We cannot allow pirate thieves to steal our territory,” said Congressman Jorge Rodríguez, while calling on the Venezuelan people to “maintain unity for the defense of the tricolor flag and the eight stars.”

The parliamentarian stated that this is a battle for all Venezuelans, where we must be well united. “This is not the time to ask about partisan colors, this is not the time to decide which creed to believe. “This is the time for the last proclamation of our Liberator Simón Bolívar, this is the time for the parties to cease and the union to be consolidated, in defense of the Essequibo territory,” he said.

He also highlighted that on December 4, after the Consultative Referendum, “Venezuela will dawn with state number 24, Guayana Esequiba”, and that means maintaining the unity of our people. “Next DEC-03 we must vote “yes” five times, to maintain our historical position and be able to develop a peaceful agreement, within the framework of the Geneva Agreement.”
