The Sectoral Vice Presidency for Planning dictates Mass Training Plans in Popular Planning jointly with the Venezuelan School of Planning, with the purpose of promoting “Solution Maps and the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA)”, strategic lines dictated by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
This was stated by the sectoral vice president for Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, during his participation in the “Urban Mobility, Economic Efficiency and Spatial Justice. The Integrated Models of Land Use and Transportation” conference, where he pointed out that more than 2,301,000 people have participated in these massive training plans nationwide.
“There is a motivation, an interest in different parts of the country. The comrades who are in the states are provided with inputs for the construction of the local Homeland Plans, which gives a vision of the roots of direct democracy in our country”, said Menéndez.
