Venezuela and Bolivia review joint cooperation agenda during ALBA-TCP Summit

During the 22nd Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas – Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP), the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, held a bilateral meeting with the President of the Plurinational Republic of Bolivia, Luis Arce.

At the meeting, the leaders reviewed the cooperation map between the two nations, a meeting that takes place in the context of the Summit.

As always, the affectionate greeting between the heads of States who share the ideals of inclusion, social justice and brotherhood.

Venezuela and Bolivia established diplomatic relations 139 years ago, on September 14, 1883, but they were consolidated with the arrival of the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez.

Both nations have maintained an active relationship in various multilateral spaces such as ALBA-TCP, in addition, they are working on a broad bilateral cooperation agenda with a view to holding the Third Venezuela-Bolivia Mixed Commission.
