It should be noted that the nation, during the COVID-19 pandemic, despite the unilateral coercive measures maintained by the US government against the country, has experienced a sustained economic growth of 10%, being the highest in the South American region, as reported by the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Carlos Faría, when he participated in the Chancellors Dialogue at the 39th session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
