Executive sets as a priority Plan for the New Era of Transition to Socialism 3R.NETS 2030

President Nicolás Maduro Moros urged the Venezuelan men and women who are part of the country’s Communal Power to promote the Plan for the New Era of Transition to Socialism 3R.NETS, towards the year 2030 with the communes.

We are heading towards a new era, prepare all the country’s communal councils, the more than 49,000 communal councils, and the 3,600 communes”, warned the national president from Lara state, where he led the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the “Golpe de Timón” (Rudder Hit) of Commander Hugo Chávez, with the progress made by the El Maizal Socialist Commune.

He said that of the 49,000 communal councils, 189 are grouped into communes, which represents 40%, and it is necessary to push to increase this statistical data and strengthen the state of unification of the power of the bases:

“May a thousand communes flourish, the creative power of the people always and forever,” he stated forcefully, asking to return to the roots of People’s Power, “in an eternal beginning of a revolution that has the capacity to renew itself, remake itself, to relearn, locate its mistakes and weaknesses and to start a new era”, summed up the head of state.

I want to activate this as a priority, as a A-1 priority as the experts would call it, A1 priority of this Plan of the New Transition Era, the 3R.NETS 2030”, he insisted.

He asked to take as his own and work with the 1 × 10 system of Good Governance and the six priority issues, such as health, education, water, gas, electricity and telecommunications.

He reiterated that the 1 × 10 of Good Governance was born thinking about the power of base, the Communal Power:

The power of the 3R.NETS 2030, because we are remaking ourselves to enter the new era with everything. I want to enter it with everything, because I want in 2023 to decree it as the great year of Communal Power in Venezuela and ensure that the creative powers of the people sweep away bureaucracy, delay and bureaucratism.”
