AN and TSJ review agenda for reforms of laws of the Judicial Power

Representatives of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) and the National Assembly (AN) met this Tuesday to review the progress of the inter-institutional agenda regarding the legislative reforms to be applied in the Venezuelan Judiciary.

At the meeting, the magistrates and parliamentarians discussed the five laws that will be reformed, before the end of the second period of legislative sessions, which began on September 15 and will last until December 15.

These reforms will cover the laws of the Justice System, of the Judicial Career, the Code of Ethics of the Judge, the Law of the General Inspectorate of Courts and the Law of the School of the Magistrature, as refers a press release.
