COVID: Venezuela registers 52 new cases in the last 24 hours

A total of 52 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which one is imported from Panama, bringing the confirmed cumulative total to 524,085 cases.

The community cases registered today are located in the states Bolívar (18), Zulia (13), Miranda (9), Yaracuy (5), La Guaira (1), Lara (1), Mérida (1), Caracas (1), Carabobo (1) and Barinas (1).

This was announced this Thursday by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through her account on the Twitter social network.

On day 816 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers the figure of 5,722 as the total number of deaths, without any deceased in the last hours. The number of recovered patients is 517,330 and there are 1,033 current active cases.
