The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, this Thursday received the Chancellor of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, at Miraflores Palace in Caracas.
The meeting aims to strengthen the historical ties of cooperation between both nations.
According to a review by Presidential Press, recently the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, paid a visit to the island of Cuba, with the same objective of continuing to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
The Agreement between Cuba and Venezuela was created by commanders Hugo Chávez and Fidel Castro in year 2000, allowing the strategic development of areas such as health, sports, education, culture, research, among others.
