247 Venezuelans return from Peru through the Vuelta a la Patria Plan

A total of 247 Venezuelans returned to the country this Sunday from Peru after a new journey of the Vuelta a la Patria (Return to the Homeland) Plan. This was reported by the Venezuelan Chancellory on its account on the Twitter social network:

“Today a new group of compatriots returns from Peru, after a new journey of the Vuelta a la Patria Plan, to continue filling Venezuelan families with hope and joy”, stated the Chancellory.

With this new transfer, there are 28,521 Venezuelans benefiting from the Vuelta a la Patria Plan, coming from 21 countries, through 165 flights and a maritime transfer.

Last February, President Nicolás Maduro announced that for the month of March the Vuelta a la Patria Plan would enter a second phase in order to triple the number of flights and bring back more Venezuelans.
