From the Bartolomé Salom Airport, in the Puerto Cabello municipality, the Device “Happy and Bio-Safe Carnivals 2022” was activated this Wednesday, which will make more than 5,000 officials available to the people, who will protect their own and visitors during the carnival holidays this year.
The activity was chaired by Governor Rafael Lacava, who was accompanied by M/G José Antonio Murga Baptista, commander of REDI Central, G/D Luis Bustamante, commander of ZODI Carabobo, the Secretary General of the Government, Jesús París, the secretary of Citizen Security, José Ávila, the mayor of Puerto Cabello, Juan Carlos Betancourt, and other civil, military and police authorities, began this great deployment that will cover the 14 municipalities of the entity.
“We will have more than 5,000 officials deployed throughout the entire territory of Carabobo state, more than 300 motorcycles and 200 radio patrols, 10 ambulances, four fire trucks, cranes, boats and four VN4 vehicles, which will go through all the checkpoints, from La Cabrera to all the entrances and exits of our state to have total control of everything that is going to happen in these carnivals”, emphasized Lacava.
He reiterated that “these festivities must be charged with a gigantic positive vibe of peace, of tranquility, because by instruction of our president and commander in chief Nicolás Maduro, these carnivals must reflect that positive vibe, for family reunion, to enjoy in healthy peace of our beaches, our rivers, our mountains, Carabobo is in fashion, come to Carabobo!”, he invited.
Suitable beaches:
Regarding the beaches suitable for this holiday, he commented that in the entity there are beaches for extreme sports such as Waikikí beach, La Bocaina in Patanemo and Palma Sola. In addition to sharing with the family, he invited to go to Playa La Rosa, Playa Huequito, Patanemo, Playa Blanca, Playa Sonrisa and all the islands that the Carabobo coastal axis has.
For his part, Major General (Ex) José Antonio Murga Batista emphasized that in this device “we have joined all the personnel of the FANB, citizen security agencies, the Integrated System, Civil Protection, Firefighters and volunteers willing to guarantee the peace, tranquility and calm throughout the Strategic Region of Central Integral Defense”.
“We are going to take care of the safety of citizens, on the roads, in all tourist sites, and in these times of pandemic, attentive to biosecurity in all spaces for the healthy enjoyment of those who visit the states of the central region of Carabobo, Aragua and Yaracuy during these carnivals”, he indicated.
