Public Ministry investigates Guaidó for crimes associated with the Monómeros Case

The Public Ministry opened an investigation against the leader of the extreme right wing, Juan Guaidó, for crimes associated with the Monómeros case, among which stand out: Usurpation of Functions, Treason, Conspiracy, Qualified Theft of Assets and Association for Delinquency.

The information was released by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, through his official account on the Twitter social network, where he announced the appointment of prosecutors 22 and 73 with national jurisdiction, who will be in charge of the judicial process against the former deputy.

Likewise, the executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, from the aforementioned digital platform, assured that the opponent will be remembered by history as “the greatest ruffian and criminal of our time. To conspire with foreign powers and their lackeys to strip the people of Venezuela of their legitimate patrimony and cause them suffering and pain will not go unpunished. Justice will prevail”, she specified.

In this context, the Colombian media El Tiempo, released a publication where Guaidó “supported” the decision of the Superintendency of Companies of the New Granada country to intervene the administration of the Monómeros firm, an action that was denounced by the Venezuelan State, while announcing legal actions to rescue this important company.
