The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela rejected the unsubstantiated calumnies and false accusations by Iván Duque.
The Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Félix Plasencia, stated that “it is from Colombia, the mercenary factory, that the region and other latitudes are being destroyed”.
Ivan Duque dared to accuse Venezuela of planning an attack against the Colombian Army.
The Venezuelan Chancellor reminded Iván Duque that it is from Colombia, the cradle of violence, from where its own people is being threatened:
«More than 10 million Colombians internally displaced by a war of more than 70 years. Using Venezuela to divert the attention of those who denied peace to the Colombian people is irresponsible, and shows the greatest of cynicisms”.
In Colombia were planned the assassinations against Presidents Maduro and Moise. From Colombia was attacked the population of La Victoria in Apure state, and were trained mercenaries for the Operation Gideon. The Colombian State is responsible for a 70-year war that it wants to export to the Continent.
