Venezuelan Head of State arrived in Turkey

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, arrived on Tuesday to the Republic of Turkey to participate in the summit of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation, in response to the invitation made by his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The information was made known through his Twitter account @NicolásMaduro:: “Venezuela is present in Turkey, to participate in this meeting of the Arab world in solidarity with Palestine”, he wrote.

The National President will attend this meeting as Chairman of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries (NAM), to discuss the decision of the United States of recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
