The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, confirmed that Venezuela “will not submit to blackmail of any kind” by reiterating that the country will go to political dialogue in Mexico autonomously and independently:
“Venezuela goes in an autonomous manner to the dialogue in Mexico and we do not submit to blackmail of any kind, neither from the United States, nor from anyone”, he emphasized during a new productive Thursday journey from Miraflores.
In this regard, he reported that the government Commission will be headed by Jorge Rodríguez, Héctor Rodríguez and Deputy Nicolás Maduro Guerra, who will go to Mexico to dialogue with the right-wing extremist opposition:
“We are going to dialogue with the pro-Yankee, Pitiyanki, pro-imperialist opposition, with the slaves of the United States Government, but we are going to dialogue with the devil with the cross and holy water, may God take care of us, the path is that of dialogue”, he pointed out.
He stressed that the objective of the political dialogue that will take place in Mexico with the extremist sectors of the opposition will fulfill the objective of finding “sovereign solutions among Venezuelans.”
In this sense, he thanked the Government of Mexico and the Kingdom of Norway for their good offices in the construction of mechanisms of political agreement in Venezuela.
