Venezuela registered 809 new infections by Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, 1 of them imported.
Cojedes is the state where the most community cases were detected, exactly 99, followed by Caracas with 87 and Aragua state with 82 cases.
Unfortunately, 16 Venezuelans died from Coronavirus, which increases the death toll to 3,558. Condolences were sent on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro to their families, friends and acquaintances.
At 501 days of pandemic in the country, the total number of infections was 303,797, the patients recovered 287,720 and the current active cases 12,519.
The recommendation is not to relax the protection measures due to the circulation of the new variants of Covid-19.
