“Ivan Duque is at the head of a narco-government that exports drugs and violence”. The statement corresponds to the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza, who described the president of Colombia as cynical, one who dared to describe Venezuela as a territory of criminals and who advocates an imperial intervention:
“The Colombian narco-government is a factory of terrorists in power that has liquidated the option of internal peace and sends out mercenaries to generate violence and assassinate presidents,” manifested the Chancellor, Jorge Arreaza.
Recently, 26 Colombians were captured for assassinating the President of the Republic of Haiti, Jovenel Moïse.
